Kiln Overview

You get the standard top-loading model plus clamshell loading which makes flash venting, glass raking, and loading shelves with glass positioned easily and conveniently. Elements in the firing chamber are used to evenly heat the glass piece and the lid element is used when the fusing temperature is reached. Models have a maximum temperature range of 1700°F to protect the optional quartz glass viewing window but can be reprogrammed to fire to higher temperatures. Equipped with a pilot light, come with a tall 18” metal stand or frame, stainless steel jacket, and Bartlett 3 Key electronic controller. Inner dimensions: 20 x 20 x 9 (2.08 cubic feet) 3” brick with a max firing temp of 1700F.
