Kids Summer Pottery Class

Join us for a fun and creative 6-week pottery class designed for kids ages 6 and up! Students will explore a variety of ceramic techniques while creating their own handmade pottery projects in a supportive studio environment.
What Students Will Learn
Throughout the course, students will have hands-on experience with:
- Pottery wheel throwing
- Handbuilding techniques
- Glazing and finishing their ceramic projects
What to Bring
Students should bring:
- A water bottle
- A towel
- Parent Information
Parents are welcome to stay during class or drop students off and return at pickup time.
About the Instructor: Duncan Cecil is a recent graduate of Converse University. He has taught pottery classes at Clay King Studio and the Spartanburg Art Museum Art School.

Studio Policies
Class Cancellation:
- Cancel more than 5 days before start date of the first class – Full Refund
- Cancel within 5 days of the first class – Tuition Credit for 100% of class fee.
- Cancel after first class – Tuition Credit for 50% of class fee
- Cancel after second class – Not Refundable
- Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be made up on a later date.
Workshop Cancellation:
- Cancel more than 3 days before workshop – Full Refund
- Cancel within 3 days – Tuition Credit
