Intro to Hand Building – May

Have you always wanted to learn the skills involved in hand building pottery? Introductory hand building lets you fall in love with clay! Topics will include working with a slab roller, using potter’s tools, building forms, using hump and slump molds, and adding textures. Once techniques are learned, students will be able to create pieces independantly.
Deadline to sign up is three days prior to first class.

Time: Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Duration: 6 weeks
Skill Level: All levels (minimum age for students is 16 years)

Class Cancellation:
- Cancel more than 5 days before start date of the first class – Full Refund
- Cancel within 5 days of the first class – Tuition Credit for 100% of class fee.
- Cancel after first class – Tuition Credit for 50% of class fee
- Cancel after second class – Not Refundable
- Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be made up on a later date.
Workshop Cancellation:
- Cancel more than 3 days before workshop – Full Refund
- Cancel within 3 days – Tuition Credit
