Spectrum 1400 Series Shino Glazes

Spectrum Shino glazes fire to cone 4-6. They’re lead-free and dinnerware safe. Some have a health label due to the presence of zinc or copper.

Spectrum’s Shinos require 2-3 coats for full coverage. At cone 5 the glazes produce a satiny matte finish. When fired to cone 6 they become glossier and the breaking effect of the colors become more pronounced.
