Initially, the Doll E was a primary kiln purchase for artists making dolls and later became a hot ticket item for labs, universities testing glaze, tiles, etc. because of the oval design. Olympic kept both names for the model so that customers who purchased the model for either reason would recognize it if they needed future purchases or parts. 120-volt models come equipped with metal stand, stainless steel jacket, and Olympic KilnStar electronic controller. Data is entered by scrolling through the up and down arrows for the desired cone fire or ramp/hold programming.
