The RM 2322 offers the home and working studio the diameter they desire with an easy to load depth. Artists have embraced the concept of the easy to load kiln and the RM 2322 delivers.

Controller: This kiln comes standard with the Icon touchscreen controller! This controller has a small touchscreen interface that has easy-to-follow screen descriptions, screens can be set to match user’s firing knowledge, graphical display of the firing process, storage for up to 30 custom programs, up to 32 segments per program, ability to make adjustments during a firing, built in diagnostics testing, end of firing alarm, error codes, update software over WiFi, and remote monitoring.

Top Load

The RM 2322 is a top loading design and offers a chamber 23.5″ diameter x 22.25″ deep. This puts the rim of the chamber at 33″ which is waist height or lower making it very easy to load.

Wonderful Lid Handle

We love handles. Handles have to be properly sized and shaped for the job. Our lid handles make this point by offering an 16″ handle that’s easy to grasp and operate.

These wide, corner mounted handle allows for confident and easy lifting, even with a gloved hand. It’s unlike any other and it’s a joy to use.

2 Position Lid Vent

The RM 2322 is equipped with a 2 position lid vent. Perfect for speeding up the cooling process.

Swing View Equipped

The RM 2322 temperature controls are fitted to our Swing View Adjustable Enclosure.

The swing view is a pivoting, swing-up enclosure that allows you to rotate the control to a comfortable viewing and programming angle. Once you’re done, lay it back down to see it from across your studio. It’s that simple.

The swing view pairs well with touchscreen controls like the TAP II, Icon+ and Icon as viewing angle can be perfectly aligned. You’ll love it.

Swing-Away Peephole Covers

Our kiln designs feature swing-away peephole covers as opposed to plugs.

Plugs get lost and they get broken. Our attached peephole covers remain on the kiln and simply swing open and closed. You won’t lose them and they certainly won’t break.

Lid Prop

The RM 2322 is provided with a lid prop bar that positively keeps the lid in the open position. Simple operation is made even easier with our well designed lid handle.

Relay Access Port

The RM 2322 incorporates our Relay Access Port for simple, no-panel-off relay replacement.

Simply remove the access plate to gain access to the mechanical relays. There’s no need to remove the control panel and dig into the internal wiring. It’s absolutely simple and effective and all it takes is a screwdriver!

It’s a given that mechanical relays will fail at some point. This relay access port really comes in handy when they do.

Full Stainless Steel Jackets

Multi-section, multi-jacketed kilns were conceived to lower production costs for the kiln manufacturer and to make life easier for the person installing the kiln. These are worthy goals but they come at the cost of kiln quality. It’s a trade off we’re not willing to make.

We build our kilns with full stainless jackets from top to bottom. Full stainless jackets mean absolutely solid, life extending construction. There are no leaks, no shifting and no weakness. Insist on Full Stainless Jackets for true build quality.
