The Amaco Brent Mini SRC Slab Roller offers exceptional durability and performance in a compact, portable design, making it an ideal solution for ceramic artists, classrooms, workshops, and studios with limited space. Despite its smaller footprint, the Mini SRC is built with the same rugged construction standards as Brent’s full-size slab rollers, ensuring long-term reliability and consistent results.

Designed to fit comfortably on a tabletop, the Mini SRC is easy to transport to workshops or reposition within a studio. Its heavy-duty frame is constructed from steel pipe and bent steel plate, mirroring the proven construction of the larger SRC models, to provide outstanding strength and stability during use.

Cable Drive System

At the heart of the Mini SRC is Amaco’s patented cable drive system, which uses opposing rollers to apply even pressure across the entire bed. This precision-engineered system helps eliminate uneven slabs and ensures smooth, uniform results every time, even when working with stiffer clay bodies.

Precision & Repeatability

Slab thickness is easily and accurately adjusted using a simple shim system. The Mini SRC includes one 1/4″ canvas-covered shim and two 1/8″ plain shims, allowing users to create a wide range of slab thicknesses by adding or removing shims as needed. This method provides excellent control and repeatability, making it easy to produce consistent slabs for handbuilding, tiles, and functional or sculptural work.

With assembled dimensions of 31 inches wide by 26 inches long by 14 inches high, the Mini SRC delivers impressive capability in a compact format. It can produce slabs up to 14 inches wide by 15 inches long, with a maximum thickness of 3/4″, making it well suited for a variety of ceramic projects.
