Lehman Mfg Model GS20C

The easiest way to apply clear glaze is by using the dipping method. It's fast and efficient, plus it increases production and lowers costs.

The GS20C was designed especially to mix any brand of glaze. The tanks holds up to 25 gallons.

The glaze is thoroughly mixed in a matter of seconds. The cone bottom fiberglass tank is 22" deep and there are no edges or corners for the glaze to build up.

The ideal mixing action is created by the 4" prop that is powered by a 1/2 h.p. motor.

The Paint Safe grid has an adjustable height frame and it also swivels out of the way. All parts are non-corrosive and the glaze can be stored in the tank. The standard 110 volt motor has an 8' cord with an in-line switch.

In addition to mixing glaze, the GS20C is also great for slip mixing and slip reclaiming.

Slip mixing and reclaiming is a primary function of the ceramic industry, and doing either in a casting table is really not the right concept. To properly mix slip, you need a very specific type of vortex action.

The Model 30B mixer/reclaimer that is excellent for either making slip or reclaiming trimmings. Model 30B features a round polyethylene tank with direct-drive, top mount mixers. It has a removable plexi-glass top cover and a 2" side drain faucet.

The 30B uses a 1/2 h.p. motor and (2) 4" mixing props.

Lehman Mfg Mity Mite Elite

The Mity Mite Elite is perfect for regular slip, porcelain, stoneware and makes for fast and easy reclaiming of wet trimmings from molds. In fact, it will mix glaze and about anything else that can be classified as a heavy slurry liquid. It is constructed with a 10 gallon polyethylene tank with half gallon increment markings. The lid can be rotated to an open position to add material, or a closed position to keep the tank sealed. The mixer is equipped with a 1/2 hp motor with 8' inline on/off electrical cord connected to a stainless shaft with (1) 4" prop. A 3/4" faucet is included.

A 1/2 hp motor with an 8' inline on/off electrical cord is connected to a stainless shaft with (1) 4" prop. The motor mount / top cover of the BR6 is clear lexan and it both seals the tank and allows you to see inside. The BR6 has a convenient handle so the mixer can be moved from bucket to bucket. A 6 gallon bucket is provided..

An optional steel base with three swivel casters is available that makes it very easy to roll around.

Lehman Mfg Model OPT

The OPT mixer is designed to mount on top of the dowels of a standard casting table. The 1/2 h.p. motor with 8' inline on/off electrical cord is connected to a flat stainless steel plate. U-bolts are included to fasten the plate to the table.

A 24" stainless steel shaft with (1) 4" prop is standard, but customization is possible - please call for more information on customization.

Lehman Mfg Model CC6

The CC6 casting unit uses a short version of the SP4 pump and fits down tightly on a standard 6 gallon bucket. The pump was designed for the small to medium size ceramic studios. It is not suitable for commercial use productions. The motor mount combination top cover is clear so you can see inside the bucket and can easily be transferred to any 6 gallon buckets. A 3/4" x 8' pouring hose with drum faucet is included.

The CC6 has an optional steel base (CC6M) with three swivel casters that makes it very easy to roll around.

Lehman Mfg Model RM30

The Model RM30 has a unique reverse pumping action which allows for both the filling and draining of molds with just a flick of a switch. The utility nozzle easily controls the slip flow from a trickle to a full 5 GPM. The drain tube (attaches to the nozzle) is especially designed to draw in from the sides and will not harm the greenware.

Also, by using the reverse action, the RM30 will fill itself simply by inserting the drain tube into any container of slip. The clear plexi-glass top covers help eliminate moisture loss and allow slip storage in the tank for weeks. The drive assembly has no bearings or seals exposed to the liquid and, as it turns, it gently mixes the slip and keeps it in ideal casting condition.

The 30 gallon fiberglass tank has a steel frame with 3 heavy duty casters and it can be turned around within a 24" space. It uses a 1/2 h.p., 110 volt motor.

This low-profile, open-top design casting table is perfect for draining molds into, or for rolling underneath a larger drain table. The Model PP30 is only 22" tall while its counterpart Model PP30T is 30" tall.

The fiberglass tank holds up to 30 gallon of liquid. The top is covered with dowels that can be removed individually. Both models feature the SP4 suspended pump that rests on stainless steel pins and can easily be removed and transferred to another tank.

This unit is complete with pouring hose, nozzle, and casters.

This molded casting drain table is an ideal size for shops with tight spaces. The STJ-L drain table and Model PP30 casting machine are a perfect combination for increasing your greenware production. The STJ-L has the steel frame legs that hold over a ton of weight. The bottom of the table slopes to the center outlet that has a unique stopper rod to hold the slip until you’re ready to drain it out. The 24" x 42" top is covered with twelve 1" removable dowels.

Agitation ports in the pump housing create mixing action in the slip; plus, this helps relieve pump pressure. Pouring accessories include a 1" x 8' pouring hose with a 1" utility nozzle. Driven by a direct drive 1/2 hp motor with an inline on/off switch. Pumping capacity varies from four (4) to seven (7) gpm depending on model and slip viscosity. Recommended for use for small volume casting applications. The normal life expectancy is about 1600 hours before rebuilding is required. This pump is standard in the Model PP30/ PP30T.
