Works with any stacked round forms with the following dimensions:

‘Round 5 inch’

• 3.5” top diameter
• 5” bottom diameter
• ¾” height

‘Round 6.5 inch’

• 5” top diameter
• 6.5” bottom diameter
• ¾” height

‘Round 8 inch’

• 6.5” top diameter
• 8” bottom diameter
• ¾” height

How to Use:

1.  Roll out a clay slab large enough to cover the Seamless Cover to approximately 1/4 inch in thickness using a slab roller.
2. We recommend applying dry cornstarch, as a releasing agent, with a paint brush to the side of the Seamless Cover that will come into contact with the clay slab. This will mitigate the clay from sticking to the Seamless Cover when unmolding the form.
3. Leave the clay on the Seamless Cover to dry until ‘leather hard’; (leather hard is the condition of the clay when most of the moisture has left the body but when it is still plastic enough to be carved or joined.)
4. We recommend covering your piece loosely with plastic to create a long and even drying environment and allowing your piece to dry slowly until leather hard status has been achieved
5. This is the ideal state to remove the Seamless Cover from the clay
6. The amount of time required to achieve leather hard consistency varies based on the specific environmental conditions in which it was dried.  Temperature and humidity play a role in how long you will have to leave the clay on the Seamless Cover.
7. Once the clay has been removed from the Seamless Cover, wipe clean with a damp cloth/sponge or clean with soap and water.
