Paying with Check or Money Order
If Check or Money Order payment option is selected, your order will not ship until Check or Money Order is received

Clay-king is not responsible for reshipment costs if the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
All cancelled orders will incur a 3% processing fee deducted from the refund. After shipping, customer will be responsible for processing fee, shipping costs, and possibly a restocking fee.
Pick-up Orders
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared for pick-up.
Please write the date you'd like to pick up your order in the comment box at checkout.
Please note our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and orders placed after 3PM on Friday will be ready for pick-up on Monday.
