Cancellation Policy: All cancelled orders will incur a 4% processing fee deducted from the refund. After shipping, customer will be responsible for processing fee, shipping costs, and possibly restocking fee.
Pick-up Orders - Additional Fee will apply to pick up orders paid through our website. Due to processing fees the full shipping amount will not be refunded. For Large Orders and Raw Materials - Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared for pick-up. Please note our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and orders placed after 3PM on Friday will be ready for pick-up on Monday.
