WHOLESALE BISQUEWARE & GLAZE TERMS

IF YOU PLACE A WHOLESALE BISQUE ORDER THAT DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE PROCESSED! WE DO NOT KEEP ALL PIECES IN STOCK AND IN ORDER TO DROP SHIP FROM OUR SUPPLIER, ORDERS MUST BE $150.00+. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

·        Minimum bisque wholesale order is $150.00, which does not include shipping cost. 

·     Minimum glaze wholesale order is $100.00, which does not include shipping cost.

·        Shipping Costs on glaze or bisque wholesale orders between $150.00 and $749.99 is a flat 10%.  

·    Shipping Costs on glaze wholesale orders between $100.00-149.99 is a flat 15%.

·        Wholesale bisqueware orders $750.00 and up ship for free (bisqueware ONLY, not glaze & bisqueware mixed)

·        Wholesale Glaze orders $500.00 and up ship for free (glazes ONLY!)

·        Combined Bisqueware & Glaze orders will have 10% shipping applied to the bisque portion and 15% shipping applied to the glaze portion of the order (i.e. If $250.00 worth of bisqueware and $200.00 worth of glaze is ordered, shipping charges will be $55.00)

·        ALL wholesale orders must either be emailed, faxed or placed online. Taking wholesale orders over the phone gives way to error. You can email orders to either: shaneg@clay-king.com or sales@clay-king.com

·        Payment on ALL wholesale orders is required UPFRONT by credit card, personal check or money order. If paying via personal check, we will not release your shipment until we receive the check and we reserve the right to hold your order for up to 5 business days until it clears.

·        Wholesale orders typically ship in 1-2 business days (that does not mean that they arrive to you in 1-2 business days, that means they will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days). Larger bisque orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. Please do not wait until the last minute to order bisque. Overnight and Second-day shipments are VERY expensive. Our shipping rates do not cover these costs and they will be in-addition to the flat rate.

·        ALL BISQUEWARE DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!

·        We will offer a full refund of the purchase price for shattered pieces.

·        Pieces that have small flaws, (i.e. chips, seams) we will refund HALF of the purchase price, as these pieces can still be sold for a lower price (Customers love clearance items!)
