The efficient Pearl-56 is insulated with a 3" ceramic fiber top and 2 1/2" insulating firebrick walls and bottom. The top presses against a gasket mounted in the lower wall section. A welded 2" tubular steel frame reinforces the kiln for long life. We are so confident in the innovative Pearl-56 that we back it with a two year warranty.

For unsurpassed heat distribution, elements are mounted in the top, walls, and floor. The top and floor elements use an element groove that eliminates element pins. Because the element coils are wider than the groove opening, the elements stay in place without pins. The sidewall element coils are protected in dropped, recessed grooves.

The reliable solid-state Sentry controller continually monitors the firing so you can spend your time productively without closely watching the kiln. (Please remember, however, to check the kiln during firing and to monitor it near the expected shutoff time.) The sealed touch pad keeps out dust and is easy to wipe clean.
