brick plug and fiberglass tadpole gasket around door for tightness of
seal.
Insulation: 3” K23 firebrick with 2” mineral wool
back up.
Brick Coating: Proprietary brick coating for less
dusting and longer brick life.
Arched Roof for Strength: The arch is made of 4-1/2”
of extra-strong 2500°F K25 arch brick.
Peephole Plugs: Two Solid ceramic plugs in the door
for easy viewing.
Element Holders: Hard ceramic element holders protect
brick.
Elements: Heavy-duty. Elements evenly divided into 2
zones. Elements are located in the door for even heating of the entire
chamber.
Control Panel: Separate panel is mounted on the right
side. Mercury-free 50 amp mechanical contactors with control relays.
Branch fusing included. The control panel is hinged for easy access. An
On/Off switch and control fuse are included.
Direct electrical hook-up to terminal block.
Control: DynaTrol with 4 Easy-Fire programs, 6
Vary-Fire programs, Pre-Heat, Delay, Program & Segment Review, and
Diagnostics.
Zone Control: Two zone control for even heating is
included.
Door Shut Off Switch is Standard: Shuts power off
when door is opened.
